Ok so I have an xbox account under my email address [email removed] and its the same email address I sign in to my xbox with but yet I got on to xbox.com and it asked me to log in so I did... but when I did it gave me this screen name and its not mine... I have been on for almost a year and I have never heard of this name. My screen name is gotchawith... the thing is I forgot my password and I thought that I remembered it but it again signed me in with this screen name.
I really need to find out how I can find my password and sign in to my real xbox live not this one that is not mine... Please can anyone help me....
