Having a Error with Live

Hi there I have been having some issuse with the sign in part i have change my password and try logging in and i have geeting error msg that i dont have a gold membership but i do paid up to dec of this year what is going here

1. Open browser, type http://billing.microsoft.com
2. Log in

First page shows your recent transactions and subscriptions. If you click "view subscriptions" and then "view history", then you see purchase date and expiration date. If there is something wrong with it and you have proof about it, then click on same page "contact support". And contact directly with Microsoft support ( I suggest to do it over phone or Live chat)! There you can share privately share private info and figure out what happened.

Thank you but i fix it by clearing the settings and resetting
