I'm probably posting this in the wrong section but I can't find anything anywhere else.
2 months ago my Xbox 360 controller (MW3 edition) got broken, I still had it under warrenty and so went to the Xbox online service centre and ordered a new one.
I sent the controller off on the 21st of July and still have not received the replacement. I understand that it can take a while (it took 2 and a half months to receive my new Xbox) but I don't see how it can take so long for a new controller.
I had a look on the Service Centre and it's status is 'in progress'. And I checked the Contact information and Ship To Information and it's all correct.
Any help to just let me know whats going on would be greatly appreciated.
