Has Anyone Had this Yet?

Hi, when i go into settings and then Privacy and Online Safety, i get the message, "Your privacy settings are in place, but cannot be changed untill we connect to the service" even though i am connected to Xbox LIVE and signed in, have you seen or heard of this? or can you check if its the same for you or any advice?

Yeah,   mines the same,    my LIVE expired today,   I used a few codes I had lying around for a total of 3 weeks,   whilst looking to see if they worked ok and when they expire (which I can't find) I can't across this too... I don't understand it either

@Mack. Trial memberships do not stack so if you entered all your codes you have wasted them. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news!


@lxgyt have you phoned support about this? As I do not have the answer you may need support may be your best bet.

I do know that if you run a network connection test on your console it will update your system to the xbox servers
