We're excited to announce that we've fully migrated the Xbox Forums to their new home, here on the Microsoft Community forums!
As of today, going to forums.xbox.com will redirect you here to the Xbox area of the Community forums. We've moved all of your existing threads over so you can continue and start conversations with the new forums experience.
We sincerely appreciate the feedback you have provided over this transition and can't wait for you to check out the new Xbox Forums!
To see your data and copy it to your USB, please do following:
1. On Xbox Home, go to Settings and select
2. Now click on Storage en select Storage Device (Hard Drive is default).
Now you have the ability to copy a complete folder or copy data one by one.
3. Click a folder, for example Games and Apps and click on the game.
4. Select the data you want to transfer and then click on Copy.
The difference between copy and move is as follow:
Copy will make a copy of your data. This means if you press copy, the data will be moved to the device where you want to store it, but also remains on the original location without removing it.
Moving data will move the data to the device where you want to store it. This will remove the data where it was previously stored, but will appear on the other device. This option may be used when you have a new hard drive.
Let us know if you have any questions.
Met vriendelijke groet,
Rick N., DummyArbiter010
