I bought my controller a week or two before Halo 4 came out. It is the Limited Edition Halo 4 controller and as of yesterday (3/20/13) it won't connect to my Xbox. All of my other controllers connect fine but it turns on and won't connect to my Xbox. I've tried syncing it multiple times but it won't connect. The batteries are fully charged and there shouldn't be anything around the Xbox that would effect the interference, I'm within 5 feet of my Xbox. Please respond if you have an idea how to fix it.

HALO 4 LIMITED EDITION CONTROLLER NOT WORKING!!! PLEASE HELP!

Try calling xbox at (800) 469-9269 as the controller is still under warranty.

Hey DONTSHOOT! Controllers are only under a 90 day warranty so I'm guessing you're past that point. To troubleshoot, have you tried syncing the controller to an alternate console? This could help determine a few things, like if it's something about your current set up or if the controller is in fact done-zo. Let us know how the test goes or if it's not something you are able to do!
