Hacking & Theft

So I have been in multiple calls and I've done reports with no luck at all. 
So my account was hacked around 2 months ago. around $200 was taken from my account. They bought games that I already owned on disc and bought a gift card. I don't really mind getting my money back I just want those people banned. I know their gamertags. 
I've had zero help with all of this. Anyone know of something that can be done?

The main recommendation we would provide here is that you use the report feature on their profile through the Xbox One dashboard. If you have already done that, you are good to go. Using the report feature on any Gamertag does not guarantee any action will be taken.
