You are not allowed to call out other players on the boards.  Also, you cannot get hacked on live you can only be the victim of a phishing scam or give out your personal information.

If you believe that someone has gained access to your account, contact support and open an unauthorized access claim.

That is a load of crap, your account can be compromised on Xbox Live just like on any other online service - don't be so naive.

My account recently was compromised and had all it's points used on random games/accessories. I was not the victim of a phishing scam and no-one has access to my login information. You know what the *worst* part of it is though - Mr. Xbox Ambassador - is that I've done nothing wrong, MY account was tampered with but now *I* have to wait 25 (working) days as Microsoft SUSPEND MY ACCOUNT and investigate. So I lose and then by reporting, I lose again.

... and yet, a bank can overturn a false charge in seconds (at most, single-digit business days).

I don't get it, what do you mean "he askes for 15 prestige"?

Did he tell you that he would help you "Cheat" and get level 15 Prestige?

While I can't speak for the turnaround time of Xbox Support, you are correct that your account can be hacked, but not via Xbox LIVE itself.  If your email password is weak someone can use a forcebot to crack it and then gain access to your account.

If you haven't yet, you'll also want to log into your email (if you can) and change the password.

Your account gets accessed by someone who has access to your info. This is the only way that an account gets access without permission by the owner. Regardless the outcome, the only way for your account to warrent an Unauthorized Investigation is either by unknowingly giving out your info or someone knows your email address then hacks into the account by trying to find the password (via hacking tools)

Hence why Xbox LIVE states not to give out your info to any one for any reason. Regardless.

Who fault is it really? You don't care about the security of your info. If you did it wouldn't have happened.

I still don't understand how this happened to the OP.  Did he give the hacker his email address?

That's not entirely fair.  The individual who "hacks"/ deduces your login info is at fault. Though it is curious that the OP seems to know his "hacker," and what he intended to do with the account.
