my account has hacked and i cant get my account back so what r u going to do about it  my gamer tag is HolyKiller 420 all i want is my account back or transfer my downloadable content to my new name so i dont have pay for all of staf all over agin

i did i want to no can i have my downloadable content tranferd to my new account so i dont have to pay for it all over again if thay cant get my account back to me

You'd have to talk to support about that, although nothing can be transferred between accounts.

I'm pretty sure nothing can be transferred to another account.

Having said that, if you are using the same console, you will still be able to access your Downloadable Content with another gamertag on the same console. The only thing you won't be able to access, are Avatar props/Awards.

so because someone stole my account i have pay for ereything all over again theres no way i can have my money reimburse or get cradit for my downloadable content and it wont let me play me downloadable content without my account

Well technically YOU are responsible for your account at all times. If someone stole your account that would be your fault. There are only a few ways someone can steal your account:

 

-You gave out your personal information including e-mail and password.

-You were phished.

-You were socially engineered.

-You thought it was a great idea to give your friend, brother, sister, dog your log in information.

 

If there is anything that can be done about your account it would be through phone support. Contact them and have them start an UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS INVESTIGATION, at which time they will LOCK the account until it is complete, usually within 7-30 business days.
