hello my name is Robert and my xbox live account got the fifa hack. they stole some microsoft points from my parents credit card and im so scared please help. my gamertag is OmegaNorb

Robert, tell your parents what happened RIGHT NOW.  They need to call their bank to challenge the fraudulent charges, and then call Xbox tech support to start an unauthorized access investigation.  Unfortunately, you are going to lose access to Xbox Live for anywhere from 25 days to 5 months.

try to recover your gamertag and change your passwords ASAP.

Call support > get an unauthorised access investigation opened > job done. Take a looksee at your passwords too.

Not "job done".  Call the bank as well. THEN job done...except for the follow up with both.
