hack account perfil robado

me robaron mi cuenta de xboxlive con un año de xbox live gold, 

ya hable a microsoft y me comunique por el chat y nadamas me dicen que no es su area 

al querer entrar al correo desde una pc me dice este correo no existe y al querer recuperar la contraseña sale La cuenta Microsoft no es correcta. Vuelve a intentarlo.

ayer me di cuenta que se conecto, le mande mensajes para que me la devuelva y no me contesta

cualquier pregunta que tengan para que verifiquen que es mi perfil yo se las respondo

lo que pasa es que eliminaron la cuenta de correo y migraron el perfil de xboxlive a otro correo

reporte a microsoft el robo de mi cuenta pero primero me dijeron que estaba bloqueada y ayer vi que se conectaron en ella y la reporte nuevamente como un hackeo y ya les di todos los datos que me pidieron, ojala la recupere

Hola quisiera ver que paso con una gol que compre el 24 de diciembre la uses y se me aparecio "Necesita una cosas mas para finalizar la compra" el dia 25 lo volvia a intentar y se me aparecio "Este codigo ya fue usado" que puedo hacer :/
