grant allowance to secondary family member not working

I Have been rying to transfer points to a secondary account since 7 PM today, I have tried every 15 minutes but with no luck. Any help is greatly appreciated.

No error messages. It said the points were transferred successfully. But no points have appeared on the secondary account. I even tried removing the account from the family pack, waited 5 days and I am trying right now but still no luck.

I contacted Xbox Live Support, and they couldn't figure out what's wrong. They are going to contact me in about 3 to 5 days to figure out what's going on.

Hey there!  This is an issue we're currently aware of and looking into.  Were you trying over the website or the console?  Can you please try both and let us know specifically what happens on both?  Also, what time zone are you in?  I will get your info passed on to the team investigating this.

I was trying through the xbox, on the xbox I go to transfer the points, the confirmation window appears, I Accept, then another windows opens immediately after confirming that the points have been transfered. But neither the secondary has the points transfered to it nor do they leave my account. I haven't tried online, because I thought it was limited to the console. I will try on the website right now.

I am currently trying to transfer points through the website. I keep getting an error saying that the user needs to sign in on on the console, the secondary account is signed in I have tried 10 times already but still no luck.

I also tried signing in my account still no luck.

UPDATE: So I got an email from Xbox Support Team saying that this is still under investigation and that they do not have an exact time frame for when they will resolve this problem.

Any suggestions are welcome.
