I just had the same thing happen to me. It only gives you the usual reset the modem and port forwarding tips as usual. no help at all yet for this issue?

look ive text and phoned around and about 10 out of twenty of my friends have had the same thing happen to them in the last hour... whats happening ? its nothing to with my setup so i wish id stop getting the "reset your modem" and port forwarding advice. this is a LIVE problem and id like to see at least customer support to notice that hindreds of people just all seem to have the same problem
