How's it going?  Just thought I'd put my two cents in.  I feel your pain with your card not working.  This is what happened to me, when it happened:  Something was wrong with Xbox at that time. So when they swiped it through the checkout at WalMart, the authorization didn't go through.  I went back to Walmart and the same thing happened with the next card.  So that could be your problem?  Maybe when they swiped your card it didn't authorize.  Possibly go back to the place you bought it and see if they can refund your money and grab another one.  It worked for me.  I hope it works for you!

im sure phone support would be able to help with this as long as you got the code,also haveyou tried redeeming it both on the console and via xbox.com
