Gold subscription

I got a mail yesterday from microsoft that my gold subscription is cancelled. What can i do about it. It's very frustrating. I bought it in February for 12 months. I need gold to play Titanfall.

A few users have been reporting this issue as well. You should give phone support a call as they can fix this issue. 18004MYXBOX if in the US or Canada or support.xbox.com/contactus if outside of those areas.

I had this issue also i spoke to support and they checked my account and could verify i have a 12 month live account best give them a ring. they will sort it out for you

Missing out on Titanfall is a no no
