GOLD SUBSCRIPTION SUSPENDED

My Xbox Live Gold subscription is suspended, probably because my dad got a new credit card. How can i cancel the subscription?

You could also change the credit card info at https://commerce.microsoft.com.

I got charged with old credit card but no longer use it can u take the charge off plz
