Gold Renewal Complaint

Where is the Microsoft contact information for consumer complaints with the Federal Trade Commission? You ran a promotion last year for gold renewal that included 1600 points. I accepted this offer and have since found the points were removed from my account without any notification. If they were temporary it should have been disclosed at the time the offer was made. This was false and deceptive advertising. I've already contacted your support, case SRX1169562147ID, and all I received was boiler plate responses without anyone looking into the facts. You can either refund my payment or provide me the points I paid for. If nothing changes I'll be filing the FTC complaint along with another to the Washington State AG office.

Sorry but Promo points do expire unless other wises stated in the promotion; This is stated in the TOS when you first started the account.
