When my son attempts some of the functions it keeps coming up with the message that gold membership is required.I have entered my code and received a confirmation email regards activating 12 month membership.Any ideas with a resolution to this
Make sure your son is signed in on the same gamertag the 12 month membership was redeemed on. If you have and it's still not recognising it's a Gold-enabled gamertag, you can have it
refresh by either re-downloading the gamertag or testing your Xbox Live connection.
