Gold Membership

Says I currently have gold but then when I try to play online, it keeps saying I need gold to play but then underneath that it says Im good to go. It never fixes itself and then I try to use a prepaid code for a few days and I get this error message XBOS-3009 93f647ef-fc74-403d-ac01-0498631eae8a. I have no idea what is wrong with my account, but they need 24/7 support. I live in another country at the moment and this is garbage!
