Gold membership

I'm seeing info with regards to friends issues but still nothing about why I can't connect to gold after redeeming my membership, any help???

Sorry to hear about your situation.

 

But, if this is happening on the console, try to clear your cache (Storage, select your hard drive, Press Y and Clear System Cache).   This will reset your profile to activate the Gold membership.

It's showing that when I go settings that I have gold but when i Try going online it won't let me it just says I need to purchase gold
