Sorry to hear about your situation.
But, if this is happening on the console, try to clear your cache (Storage, select your hard drive, Press Y and Clear System Cache). This will reset your profile to activate the Gold membership.

It's showing that when I go settings that I have gold but when i Try going online it won't let me it just says I need to purchase gold
