Gold Membership?

I just purchased  1 month of live and i received the confirmation email and can see the transaction on my billing history, but on xbox.com it says free member as well as on the dashboard. How do i fix this ???

Run a network connection test. Sometimes when Gold is purchased/redeemed on Xbox.com, it'll have a slight delay. Network tests usually push it but right now I'm not sure how long it'll take as you still show as Silver. Give it a couple hours and you should be set.
