Gold Membership Issue - Redeeming Code

I'm being told that I ran out of Gold membership but when I try to enter a 14-Day trial, I get a message saying that I have a Gold membership already. I'm stuck and need help.

Looking at your Gamercard on the forums you still have Xbox Live Gold. Try removing and downloading your profile again on your console.

If that doesn't work and you still get a message on your console saying you no longer have Xbox Live Gold while you do it might be best to contact support by phone
