Gold Membership Canceled by itself.

Gonna try to see if it works posting here. though i know many other has problem with no fix.

Bought my xbox in january its imported. and subbed for 12month played all january and february.

In mars with latest xbox one updates the problem started. my memberships got cancelled got a mail that said i canceled my membership which i didnt do.

I could se in my account that indeed my mebership was cancelled.

I have tried diffrent things like resetting my password removing my profile from my xbox one no luck.

last night i tried again to sub to 1month of  gold  date was 8/4 2014 time was 9:39 pm in my time zone

And today at work i thought i would chech if it still was active and instantly i got "your membership is cancelled mail from micrsoft"? until i logged in to my account from work  my mebership was active which seems very weird,

So its not related to the xbox one itself.

Ive seen multiple users reporting this issue. The best ccourse of action is to give phone support a call http://support.xbox.com/contactus
