Gold gone a day early; where's our three free months?

We had a Gold Family pack, set to renew on 8/31 (convenient). It wouldn't let me renew early (also convenient). I got the email a day or two ago about converting all our accounts, and giving us three free months in addition to the time remaining on our Gold plan. A few minutes ago, around 10pm (central) we started to play CoD, only we got the notice that our Gold subscription needed renewing. Of course now it wants me to dish out $59.95 each for the four accounts. Where is our three free months, and why did they take our Gold a day early anyway?? It never renewed before 8/31, so what's the deal here!?

I suggest that you give Xbox Phone Support a call. They will be able to help you with the renewal and question about gold easier than us. You may also try the Family Pack Troubleshooting Page to see if that will help you out.
