Gold Family Plan help

I have the 12 month gold family plan and I can't access some videos on my dashboard. I don't have any "explicit" content exclusions under the settings category so I was wondering why I can't watch sent u a message?

You can always have the Primary account log in with you and watch the video that way. Sorry for the confusion!

I am the secondary account in the family plan. So that makes sense I guess.  However, it's too bad I can't watch sent u a message, but life will go on. Thanks for your help.

Hey there Taurus. Are you on one of the Secondary accounts on the family plan? If so, unrated and mature videos and demos will not be available to this account under any settings. If you are on the Primary account, check under Online Safety for the Programming options and make sure that is set to standard, not family. Let me know how this goes, thanks!

OP is trying to watch sentuamessage off the dashboard, it is not a media video its a streaming video from xbl

Are they videos you uploaded the the xbox? If so, they might not fit the video formats for the xbox.

I don't think sentyouamessage is 'Explicit' If its on the dash its usually rated E (I think all ways)

Is there an error when you go to play the video?
