I have the 12 month gold family plan and I can't access some videos on my dashboard. I don't have any "explicit" content exclusions under the settings category so I was wondering why I can't watch sent u a message?
Hey there Taurus. Are you on one of the Secondary accounts on the family plan? If so, unrated and mature videos and demos will not be available to this account under any settings. If you are on the Primary account, check under Online Safety for the Programming
options and make sure that is set to standard, not family. Let me know how this goes, thanks!
