Gold Family Member, but my son can no longer sign in to Xbox Live

Hi,

I'm a Gold Family Member, my son can no longer sign into Xboxlive, he keeps getting 'Your connection to Xbox Live has been lost. Please sign in again' with options Ok or test connection.

The rest of us can all sign in as normal, our internet connection is good and tested to Xbox live.

 

The problem just appears to be with his Gold family Member account, this was working fine until about four days ago.

I've just solved this I 'downloaded his profile' again onto the xbox360 and everything now works!
