gold family live missing profile

I have family gold membership package. Setup three profiles, mine, my sons and my daughters. All three were working fine for over a year. Now my daughters profile disappeared. We recreated a new profile for her, but Microsoft wants us to buy an individual membership for her, when I've got the family gold plan. How can I get her new profile on the current plan?
