Gold Expired - Cannot Access my Account

Hi basically  my gold membership expired and i cannot access my account to renew it.  i keep getting this error msg every time i click my account !

But your Gamer Info shows that you are still Gold (otherwise, your GamerTag would be in grey/silver). 

 

Which page are you tying to access - what is the address?  (Try: https://live.xbox.com/en-US/Subscriptions?workflow=ManageSubscription&SubscriptionTier=Gold) Or click on My Account at the upper right corner of this page while you are logged into your profile.

 

Have you also tried to renew your Gold via the console through Account Management?

hi thanks for the help, i tried the link you sent me and it gives the same error as my original post,

i tried logging in from my XBOX but i get timed out when entering another Paypal account :/

Yeah it says im on gold though when i log into my xbox it says that im not

i'm having the same problem, i got to admit, it  is very discouraging and i'm thinking of just making a new account, just so i can play online. hopefully our problem is resolved soon.

hello, i reveived alittle good news in resolving the problem, go to the this link---> https://commerce.microsoft.com

you can access your account there, and request a call for microsoft support, they will call you and most likely resolve the problem (i'm still waiting on their call)
