gold card

I signed in for the 1st month  paid the funds and I am still unable to connect live with my games wat do I do

If you purchased the membership from a pc or entered a code from a card on the pc then it will take a while to populate your account.  Follow these instructions to speed up the process and gain access to your gold benefits faster.

1.  On the console go to System>Settings>Network

2.  Run a Connection Test.  This will sign your account out.

3.  When you sign your account back in it will have full gold membership access.
