Gold account not being recognized, barring me from netflix but not Multiplayer games.

I have an active gold subscription as well as a netflix subscription, yet every time i open a game or app it prompts me to go gold. My payments are automatic and up to date and this continues to happen. I can not watch movies on netflix, yet after being prompted and ignoring it in BF4 I can play in multiplayer games. This is extremely frustrating considering im paying for both services yet can not use them. Ive tried switching payment methods, scanning free trial cards ( says i have an active sub.) and restarting the console/router etc. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated. This problem has persisted since last night.

Still nothing, going raise hell on the support line tomorrow, this is absolutely ridiculous.

Sorry to hear about the Gold troubles.

Has this always happened on your Xbox One console, or is this a new issue?

One suggestion I do have is to press and hold the power button on the console for 5-10 seconds until the console shuts down. What this will do is clear the console cache, and hopefully set things right.

I actually have exactly the same pb, sometimes i can play online, but it's 1 time every 50 i try !!!

We have 2 accounts on that xboxone and the first one is working without trouble so i want to know what's wrong with the other, i am paying for absolutly nothing.

(i already changed my account password, etc ...)

I've already tried that multiple times. It's still not fixed and I work during support hours. Also, I want a refund for the month of December for my netflix and gold. I pay for the service to work 100% of the time, not half the time. If it was a connection issue I would understand, but this is obviously a problem on your end that is affecting more than one person. I'm going on a week now having to fiddle around to even play a game and if I'm lucky I won't get booted for 'not having gold.' Netflix does not work at all.  I paid for it, I pay for netflix, I paid good money for the Xbox One and for every Xbox before it. Since Halo 2 I've been buying into gold. I want answers as a long time loyal customer and I want them now. I'm damn sure Sony would love to pick up a lifelong customer such as me, and trading for a different console shouldn't be much of an issue. It seems every company has been dropping the ball lately. EA, Rockstar, Microsoft, etc. Late 2013 has been one big disappointment as far as the console gaming industry goes.

Have you tried:
 

  1. Deleting your profile and re-downloading it?
  2. Uninstalling Netflix and re-installing it?

 

Are you able to use Netflix on a PC, tablet or phone or is the only way of viewing Netflix in through your console?

i had just got xbox one set up everything an got a 12 month membership code i reddemed code an confirmed then all the time i go to play cod ghosts or inv to a party it said learn more an tried to get me to buy a membership again so i had used a 14 day trial an i can now work everything no problems but will the 12 month membership have stuck or will i have to get another membership if it says im on silver

I have the exact same problem, ive paid for a year, i even tried paying for a month to see if it makes any difference but it still says upgrade to gold. When i accessed my account via the internet, it says i am a gold member. If i have been charged for the transactions id like a refund.
