Going in Circles.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription and it asks for a security code. As I need to log on to another email to enter the security code. So when, when I log into my original account to cancel the subscription, it then asks for yet another security code. I seem to have done this a few times, and am able to get nowhere. Could you help? Thanks.

Okay, so the email that's receiving the security codes.. is it a Hotmail, Live, or Outlook email by any chance?  If so, you'll need to sign out of that account after you retrieve the code, then sign back into the account you're trying to cancel.  When it wants to send you another code, there should be a link that says "I have a code".  Use the code you've already got there.  If it doesn't give you that option, have it send you a new code, but enter the old one anyways, should work all the same.
