Glitch/account error

Every time i try to update my account info to a new credit card i get the same error message.  It appears on both the xbox and microsoft page.

this is the message from the microsoft page.

Try to remove the profile from the console only the profile not the items as it would remove your profile and your saves so only your profile then redownload your profile and try to update your credit card information. Please reply and let me know.

When I do it on the Microsoft page I get this:

Well I have just tried it again online, and did not work, but in a minute I will try on my xbox. Hopefully it will work.

Hey guys!  Official Support here! If get that message just when you try to update payment info, then that's something we need phone support's with.  They can get it sorted pretty quickly if you choose billing and request a call over here: support.xbox.com/contact-us
