Hi, i had an xbox account with gold that was attached to a credit card, but my mum removed or cancelled the card or something and now anytime i try to do anything to my acount it says, " oh oh that wasnt suppost to happen" what do i do

Hmm could be issues with the website.

But, if you had a credit card attached to a automaticly renewing subscription and she cancled the credit card it could have caused billing issues.

When a Auto renew subscription is unable to collect money for the renewal fees it slowly sends the account into a billing suspension.

When this suspension is reached, the account pretty much will lock you out.

If you don't have a card of your own to add, you can always switch your subscription to a Pre Paid card.

Buy either a 3 or a 12 month code, and give 1-800-4MY-XBOX a call to assist you with this.
