Glitch in the system

I can't sign into Xbox Live anymore. It tells me I'm suspended until I update my payment option. I never signed a contract or am under any type of payment plan to Microsoft. I'm trying to remove my card and instead purchased a physical subscription card.

But every time I try to get to change or remove a payment option, it just tells me I encountered a 'Glitch in the system.'

I can't even contact support!

It just keeps saying that I've found a glitch in the system.

This is EXTREMELY infuriating. You guys have effectively locked me out of trying to get back into YOUR service.

My console tells me to get onto the website, and your website is wigging out on me.

I need this resolved as soon as you guys can.

I want to play my games T~T

Please call xbox customer support at 18004MYXBOX or set up a call back at support.xbox.com/.../contact-us. Choose 1 and then 2 if you call in. Your account says you have a gold subscription. If that was purchased with a CC then you are on a payment plan and are under contract (aka the TOU) for that payment plan you purchased on the card. If xbox was not able to charge your card for the renewal of your sub scription within about 3weeks of your bill date you account will be suspended.

Hi South3rn Slay3r, if your account is suspended for payment issues and you can not update over the console or website, you should also call support using the steps above. We'll get you back up and gaming ASAP!

I had the same problem also. I will call support if it isn't resolved when I wake up tomorrow.

I added my fathers cc a few months back to my paypal account, not even the same card i purchased my membership with and a few days later i check my paypal and M$ has charged $10 to my paypal and now i cant get into the manage account option because this "glitch in their system" and i have a pending month of xbl on my account  and cant even use it atm, because this crap FIX ur service

Hey Insomnix.  Like for the above posters, in situations where there is a billing suspension, but you get an error message when trying to enter the billing website, your best bet is to call our phone support team. They'll get it straightened out!

I have the same problem. This is very annoying since I am attempting to pay and not being allowed to. Wait time to talk to someone is 65 minutes and I am not going to sit through the annoying music you guys play while on hold for 65 minutes. It's almost like you guys don't want me to wait on hold.

This is very annoying. My xbox was running fine not hours ago, and now I can't do anything because I need a payment update. Okay, so I followed the xbox Live instructions (and added a new card because I did get one) then I come up on here and I can't even manage my account because of a glitch. If this is such a common problem, then fix it!
