I can't sign into Xbox Live anymore. It tells me I'm suspended until I update my payment option. I never signed a contract or am under any type of payment plan to Microsoft. I'm trying to remove my card and instead purchased a physical subscription card.
But every time I try to get to change or remove a payment option, it just tells me I encountered a 'Glitch in the system.'
I can't even contact support!
It just keeps saying that I've found a glitch in the system.
This is EXTREMELY infuriating. You guys have effectively locked me out of trying to get back into YOUR service.
My console tells me to get onto the website, and your website is wigging out on me.
I need this resolved as soon as you guys can.
