Glitch every time I access My Account

Every time I try to click on My Account near my avatar, I receive this error. Not sure what is wrong but I can't update my billing information to renew my XBox Live. Thanks.

Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened. It appears you've found a glitch in the system.

Hey there Company! Let's see what we can do to get things sorted.

It's possible that this is a billing issue. I suggest heading over to commerce.microsoft.com and ensuring that all of your billing information is valid and up to date. If that doesn't resolve the issue, I suggest using the Contact Us page to set up a support call with a billing specialist who can look into your account with you and see if there are any hold-ups there.

Let us know how things go! ^_^

@Everyone Else: If the above steps don't work for you, please go ahead and make a new thread detailing your issue and any steps you've taken so far to fix it. That is how these forums work best as it lets us tailor our support to you specifically. We'll be standing by to assist in that new thread. =)

Hey Bob, per Mister Cerb's post, if you need help with this, please make a fresh thread.  The steps he listed in bold are a good place to start, so please try those as well if you haven't yet!
