Ghosted image on tv

I got my 360 about 2 weeks ago  from toysrus and it has been treated like a king since then. The first night we got a game for it, we played on our one tv via hdmi and played fine. I moved thew console to our tube tv with the component cables and was getting a ghosted image to the left of the actual image. I know that the tv is not the problem because our old xbox and ps2 work fine on it, I also know that the cables are not the problem. I hooked up component cables from a older xbox 360 and it worked fine. But, 2 days later it does the same thing with those cables, so I plugged in the one from the factory and it worked then. A day later it happened again and both component cable did the ghosting, Then the ghosting stopped for no reason. I want to figure out this problem while this is still under microsoft warranty, because I am thinking its a defect.

Wrong section my friend - your best bet is to contact XBOX Support and setup a repair, if your saying that it's working fine with your old XBOX 360 unit just fine then it only leads me to believe that it's something with the new XBOX 360 that you got. http://support.xbox.com/ - Change language options on the top left if your not from the United States and select Contact Us from the right and click Call Us, get the number for your local region and setup a repair. If it's under warranty it's free.

Hey mate, rather than setting up a repair, I suggest taking it back to the retailer for an exchange, as it was only purchased 2 weeks ago.
