Getting in touch with Global Escalation Support

I've received an email from an escalation analyst, but, the email i received it from appears to be one of those "do not reply to this email" type deal. Just wondering if i should reply to the email -as no other email or other way of getting in touch with them was provided- or call and reference the sr#?

Hi,

If you received an email from GES then you can reply back as long as the SRXxxxxxxxxxxID is present they will receive it under the correct the case, alternatively you can contact support give them the SR number pass security and they can make a comment in the case if that is still open then GES member will see it.

hi I just got an email from Xbox global escalation but I'm sure I to find on the internet, nothing can any one tell me whether the korekt are in the mail was as a relevant * SRX ........... D * the DOTS stand for the number
