GETTING ERROR CODE 80049C3A.

AFTER I ENTER MY EMAIL ADDRESS IT SENDS ME A CODE TO ENTER, AND AFTER CODE IS ENTERED I GET THIS MESSAGE TO TRY AGAIN LATER AND THAT ERROR CODE.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your account.

When you remove the security proofs from your account, it takes 30 days to add your new proofs so that we can confirm that everything is correct and ensure your account's security.

You will not be locked out of the account but it will use the older security proofs. When requesting a security code, make sure that you don't request it multiple times right in a row as it will invalidate older codes that are sent for the newest code. You can find this information in our Security Codes article.

YES, MY PROBLEM IS I HAVE NO ACCESS TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS I USED ON THE ACCOUNT.  IT SAYS I HAVE TO WAIT 30 DAYS BEFORE THE CHANGE TO THE NEW ADDRESS TO TAKE EFFECT.  I WAS ABLE TO LOG IN 2 WEEKS AGO WITH MY CELL PHONE AND THE CODE IT GAVE ME.  BUT NOW I GET THIS ERROR CODE WHEN IT GIVES ME THE CODE TO ENTER.
