Getting disconnected from xbox live every few minutes

Network Connection Type: Wireless/Wired both (using a bridged connection through my wireless laptop)
If Wireless, what type of encryption are you using? WPA/WPA2 mixed mode
Things you have tried: port forwarding via portfoward.com
Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown Enabled
Is NAT Type Open? Yes
Any Error Codes you encounter: None
What type of internet do you have? Cable/DSL/T1/3G? DSL
Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)?  Sky Broadband
When you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" what is the exact message shown on screen? nothing, test runs fine with no error messages, pressing y brings up the following status page;

W: 0000-000B

X: 0000-F001

Y: 20A8 - 4840

Z: 0000-0000

ID: FFFF- FFFF

My xbox connects to LIVE through a network bridge on my wireless laptop and i can connect to the Internet on my fine and when i initially sign in to xbox live i have no problems UNTIL i start to play ANY game that's when i start getting disconnected from xbox live every few minutes, and when i reconnect it signs me back in no problem and then a few minutes later i get disconnected again. Any help will appreciated.
