Getting disconnected after 5-10 minutes of playing

Whenever I play on my xbox in my bedroom, I can play online without any problems whatsoever.  I never get disconnected, and lag is never an issue.  Keep this in mind.

However, I have another xbox in my basement (I bought it 2 months ago), but whenever I try to play it, I get disconnected from xbox live after playing for 5-10 minutes.  This problem started happening about 2 weeks ago.  Prior to that, I had no problems playing online.  I haven't changed any wireless settings on my xbox or my router.  I didn't really care too much about it, since I could play on the xbox in my bedroom. (by the way, I keep my profile on my USB stick)  The problem happens with every game I play.  Call of duty (MW2 and Black Ops), NHL 11, GTA 4, etc...

But then today, I downloaded Age of Empires Online (for the PC, it's a free game), and I logged into my xbox account in order to play.  The same problem happened.  After 5-10 minutes, I got disconnected.  I kept on logging in, but after 5-10 minutes, it logged me out again.  It's not my firewall, since I turned it off after this started happening, but it kept on logging me out.  And my PC doesn't have a problem connecting to the internet.

I really don't know what to do about this.  I don't get why this problem doesn't affect the xbox in my bedroom, but it affects the xbox in my basement and my PC.

It could still be NAT issues. A couple important questions are;

A) Do you have any third-party headsets for this new Xbox? Turtle Beach? Logitec?

B) What kind of router do you have? Many routers/modems have issues handling more than one console on a single network. Port-forwarding or DMZ CAN solve these sometimes, however more often than not lower end routers simply can't handle it.

A) No 3rd party headset.  I'm using the one that came with the xbox.

B) D-link WBR-1310 router.

But like I said, this doesn't explain the problems I have with playing on my PC.

Xbox LIVE and Games for Windows LIVE both require very specific ports to be opened for optimal connections. I would definitely recommend either Port Forwarding or tunneling your Xbox 360 through your router's "DMZ". If you need assistance with that, I'd recommend either http://www.portforward.com or to call 1-8004MYXBOX. If that doesn't resolve the issue, see if you can try a 'direct modem connection' wired.

To me, it sounds like the second console is interfering with your overall connection, and you may need to go into your router to adjust the settings in there.

Yes, this does sound like NAT issues. The PC being used for gaming might be experiencing the same issues. Is there a UPNP function on your router?

The port-forwarding did nothing.

Like I said before, nothing has changed in 2 months, but the problem started occurring 2 weeks ago.

Should I call xbox support and see if there is a problem with my account?  I've done just about everything with my router, and the problem affects one of my xboxes and my PC, so it seems like an account problem more than a connection problem.

Also, something I forgot to mention, for about a year I had 2 xboxes in my house, and there were no problems using them (at the same time or at different times).  This was 1.5-2 years ago.
