Getting an error when attempting to add a payment method.

I recieve an error when attempting to add a payment method to my live account.

Unable to complete your request

We cannot complete your request now, please try again later.

Can anyone shed any light on this?

Hey there Azrael!

I'm sorry to hear about the error when you try to add a payment method. Let's see what we can do to get things sorted.

The first thing I suggest would be heading over to commerce.microsoft.com and attempting to add the payment method there.

If that doesn't work then I suggest using the Contact Us page to set up a support call with a billing specialist who would be able to work through your options with you.

I'm having the same problem.  A couple calls to tech support later and at this point I've been waiting a few days for an escalation tech to call me back.

Be sure that when you guys get failed attempts of adding a card in to call billing support and to not just keep re attempting over and over again because in PsiScream's case, the system will think that someone else is trying to take your card and is entering wrong information and that's why its declining and so if you keep reattempting it will force a lock on that payment option and therefore the escalation psi is talking about will have to take place to remove the lock.
