get your act together ms

Having same problem and I just spend over an hour *** with my network to get it to work, only to find out the problem is on MS's fault, aqusing my family of *** with the modem and what not.  I'am not impressed on MS's lack of letting us know wtf is going on.  NB Canada, speedstream 6520 dsl modem, aliant ultra max dsl connection.

had to laugh about blaming the family, but yeah I messed around with my settings for about half an hour before I came on here and realized it's not just me.  I'm in SC wanted to watch some college football in HD, oh well. I'm sure MS will have it up and running soon.

I'm sorry you are so obviously frustrated, but what exactly is your issue? I assume we're having a connection issue here, but can you specify what is happening? For some basic suggestions, you can check out our Connection Guide (forums.xbox.com/.../9.aspx) as well. Thanks!
