I've read of a few possible solutions you could try. 1st of all. Did you turn on the "Fast Game Switching" option? That option shows "in beta". Try turning that back off. It's in the system settings, actually can't remember exactly if the option is under
that category or "Disc & Blu-ray". If that doesn't work, do a complete system shut down. Make sure nothing is running in the background, nothing downloading, nothing being saved. Hold down the Xbox Nexus button on the console itself till it shuts down. Shouldn't
be more than 5 seconds. Once that's done, unplug from the outlet for 30 seconds. Then try again. Let us know if this works for you or not.
