Games on xbox one will not sync since changing my Microsoft email address. Moderator to review my account?

Hi. I recently changed my email address on Microsoft website and since doing this my xbox one games will not sync loosing hours of gameplay making my xbox unusable. All I get is error code 80004005. I've been in contact with online support ref [Mod Removed]. I've done many connection tests all of which are OK. I've hard reset xbox, re downloaded games, re downloaded profile, re setup home xbox. All of online help support and still won't work. I've been suggested that a moderator looks into my account. I've tried everything I can think of. At the moment my xbox is basically not working.please help.
