People have been posting about GFWL on this site plenty, so would you mind telling me what issues fall under Xbox Live and what issues get resolved at this completely different site that you've posted a link to? It's an unnecessarily confusing and completely convoluted process to try and get help with this stuff.

GFWL is down they are aware of this problem and are trying to fix it asap

why? technically gfwl uses xbox live and some games like shadow run can be played with xbox users
