Games for windows live- really getting tired.

I've been trying to fix this by myself for quite some time now, and I'm really getting tired of the functionality of this, considering many users (thousands upon thousands at the Arkham City forums) are sharing it.

My issue is, Games for Windows live isn't functional at all. I try to sign in, but the log in screen doesn't open, let alone, in game clicking the "Games for windows-LIVE" doesn't open the tab like it should.

The issue in this?

I CAN'T SAVE MY ARKHAM CITY progress, and I'm getting really aggravated considering I played 6 hours yesterday and it's all gone.

THIS IS THE ERROR logs-

I demand to get help, considering if I don't get a fix It means I practically wasted 90 dollars on the game plus DLC.
