Games come out still spinning.

A few days ago I noticed that when I eject the games they're still spinning. What causes this and should I do?

Not sure why your discs are still spinning unless you are attempting to eject the disc while still in the game.  You can either wait till you're at the dashboard to eject or copy the game to your hard drive to solve the problem.

I always wait until I get to the dashborad before ejecting a game. I just recently installed GTA 4 because I noticed a couple chips around the center hole. but yet I go to the dashboard and eject it and it comes out spinning. =/

Typicaly the 360 should spin the disc down before ejecting it, even direct from within a game, if it doesn't it suggests a fault with the hardware.  If you keep ejecting the discs this way they will be scratched and become unreadable eventualy.

As the others have said I suggest you quit to the dashboard first by pressing the guide button and then Y on your 360 pad.  If they still come out spinning I suggest you request a repair.
