Yes you can, you will need to format your USB (this will erase all data on the USB).

Goto System Settings>Memory>Hard Drive>Gamer Profiles, then copy your gamertag to the USB Flash Drive.

If you get stuck call support

You can do that but as Shane said you need to format your USB. The Xbox dashboard update is suppose to support cloud gamertag and file saves when it launches.

Guys quick question i think i might buy a new xbox360 slim with kinect but with only 4GB , i was thinking can i buy a SanDisk - Xbox 360 16GB USB Flash Drive to use as memory card and only use this instead of the 4GB? Can you do that?

Hey Juan! You can use the flash drive memory for just about everything, but there are some games that require "a hard drive" and the USB device will not replace that. Also, if you happen to want to play Xbox Original Games, these also require an actual HDD.

Just a heads up, I know a lot of stores are having great deals on 250gb consoles tomorrow in case you want to brave the crowds. Let me know if you have any other questions, thanks!
