Gamertag Help

I have been talking to Xbox Live Support Chat for a while now so then sent me here after the second time I talked with them. I have not got my Email back from them yet and it has been more then 2 week when i talked to them the first time. I'm just wondering where my the Email is so I can get my gamertag fixed.

Not sure why Support would send you here.  Was this an email you're waiting to receive from the Escalations Team regarding an issue that Support couldn't handle?  If so, you just have to wait, depending on the department it was sent to it could take several business days for them to take the case and then reply with the proper steps to take.

Hey there, so what's the problem you're having exactly? Were you hacked or was there an issue with the appearance of your gamertag? Please clarify.
