Gamerpic - How do I?

Just a quick question;

How do I change my gamerpic to one that is not of my avatar?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Try to go to your profile, edit profile, change gamer pic, and you should be able to change it from there

well, and how about if i dont want to buy one and not use any of the 7-9 offered there? cant i upload a custom one? sry 4 bumping this thread but i cant seem to find a definite answer.

You can take pictures using the Xbox Live Vision Camera and use them as your gamer picture. Apart from this, I don't think there is a way to add your own gamerpic.  I would imagine this was done to avoid the issue of offensive gamerpics, etc.

Alternatively, if you don't want to buy any from the marketplace, you can unlock a large variety of them playing games.  There are also free gamerpics available for download every now and then - you just have to have a look about and see what you can find.
